These thicker areas can prevent your heat press or iron from applying even pressure across the entire vinyl design. By placing a pressing pillow or a folded thick towel underneath the back of the jacket, you effectively elevate the central section, creating a more uniform surface. This allows for direct and consistent pressure on the vinyl, significantly improving adhesion and preventing bubbles or lifting. Don’t skip this step – it makes a world of difference!
