Our living room is still in transition since we took Karl to the beach house and we bought our new sofa — one new living room purchase and suddenly I want to change everything. I couldn’t wait to share a few sneak peeks and highlight a bunch of great weekend home sales. We’re talking $60 side tables, $119 living room chairs, and kitchen stools under $100, so here’s what’s on my radar.
The two cane-back living room chairs we recently bought are currently 30% off (about $119 each), and you can take an additional 15% off with the code TURKEY. Our new sofa has been a revelation — durable, kid- and pet-friendly, and very comfortable. Right now it’s $400 off in the “steel” color and 50% off in the slightly darker “truffle” color, which reads more like a warm charcoal in person. Crate & Barrel rarely has discounts this deep, so it feels like a steal for a 93-inch sofa that usually retails much higher.
If you follow us on Instagram you’ve heard me go on about this deal — it’s rare to find quality sofas at this price, which is why I even considered getting two for the duplex. Crate & Barrel also offered delayed delivery for one of the pairs, which solved our storage dilemma while the other house gets fixed up.

The tables are large enough for lamps (the lamps in the photo are older HomeGoods finds). On the mantel you can see a faux ginkgo leaf branch I love — I bought two — and it’s currently clearance priced at $6.97, so if you’ve been eyeing it, it’s a good time to grab one.
That small marble table between the cane-back chairs is another favorite — classic and versatile with a marble top and medium wood-toned legs. It’s on sale for $89.99, and you can apply the TURKEY code for an additional discount. We liked it so much we bought another one for the beach house; it works beautifully in many different spots.
Under $100 for a marble-topped table is a win in my book. We even used one briefly as a living room side table — I admit I move things around a lot.
The capiz chandelier in our foyer is part of Serena & Lily’s sale — use the code BESTDAY to save 25%, which brings this fixture down and saves roughly $75. Serena & Lily rarely goes beyond 25% off, so this is a solid deal. Pottery Barn has lighting deals, including a Moravian star pendant and a capiz flush mount that are both significantly reduced — perfect for bathrooms, hallways, or a cozy entry. I’ve also been watching faux silver dollar eucalyptus branches and a pretty pink votive set that’s now $17 for three, which would look charming on a mantel or as part of a dinner table centerpiece.
Wayfair has a well-reviewed neutral rug many bloggers have been loving; it’s 10% off now, bringing an 8 x 10 to about $145, an unusually low price for that size. Target’s furniture sale with the TURKEY code makes some sleek leather-and-wood chairs under $100, and they’d pair beautifully with the round marble table I mentioned earlier.
I’m also loving a glossy Martha Stewart casserole dish that’s more than 50% off in several colors — I can picture the white one on the beach house stove. World Market’s armchair is 40% off with the FURNSALE code, dropping its price substantially; it has clean mid-century lines and a decorative slatted back that looks great from any angle.
