Break the Mold: How to Reinvent Your Career and Stand Out

We promised more photos of our two guest bedrooms now that the new crown molding is in place, so here they are. The second bedroom features crisp, three-inch white molding that instantly elevates the room’s look and adds clean, classic detail.

The third bedroom—formerly our dining room—also benefits from the same polished white molding. The trim brings a subtle architectural presence that makes the space feel more intentional and finished without overwhelming the room’s simple charm.

Our most dramatic change, however, is in the master bedroom. We added an eight-inch plank of wood above the wardrobes, which visually turns them into built-in cabinetry. That simple addition brings cohesion and a custom feel to the space.

We’ll share the full master bedroom reveal tomorrow—stay tuned for the complete before-and-after. The molding and woodwork have already made a noticeable difference, and we’re excited to show how it all comes together.
