**Unified Flooring Throughout:** We envisioned refinishing all the floors throughout the house in a richer mocha tone, similar to the cork flooring we installed in the kitchen and laundry room. This would have created a more seamless and cohesive aesthetic, much like the unified look we achieved in our very first house.
**A Playful Playroom Ceiling:** Adding another layer of charm to the playroom, we considered painting the ceiling a happy and playful color, perhaps a soft teal, to fully embrace the room’s imaginative spirit.
