Instead of just observing from a distance, they were actively participating in the experience, eagerly anticipating each animal encounter. The thrill of spotting a majestic gorilla approaching the glass, and our children enthusiastically shouting “RILLA!” as if in direct communication, was a moment of pure, unadulterated joy that truly defined our day.
