Sherry and John, hi! I’m Avis. I started reading your blog this year and instantly fell in love. Although we don’t have a Clara (who truly is the cutest accessory EVER!), we do have a few Burgers roaming the office. I design stationery and do occasional DIY remodeling in my Decatur, GA condo. Your posts inspired me to redo my dining room, and I think you’ll enjoy the results.
That’s the essence of the project. Even without exact paint codes or product links, Avis’s approach—big impact on a small budget—comes through clearly in the images and story. Her makeover offers plenty of ideas and inspiration for anyone tackling a similar room.
